If you are not happy with your order for any reason,e.g. if it is damaged, has printing defects or contains the wrong items, please let us know so that we can arrange to correct any problems and resend your order.

If your order contains personalised text that has been entered by you (either through the website or using the sticker maker), we are unable to accept return requests for any spelling, layout or grammatical errors. 

Personalised orders are also excluded from our 30 day returns policy.
